Competition kinetics with benzoic acid, 0.5 mol L^-1 boric acid had no measurable effect; also on g-r. no effect of 0.5 mol L^-1 boric acid was obs. on G[Fe(CN)₆^3-] in N₂O-satd. soln. contg. 10^-3 mol L^-1 Fe(CN)₆^4- and 2.0 × 10^-3 mol L^-1 MeOH.
